Colloidal Grinder
This grinder is used for grinding meat and other
eatable slaughters products. Throught very precious process ofcusting

, tendons , and dugs , to produce many kinds of sausages . It gives
food better taste and consistency . The colloidal grinders play great
part in prodution of liver sausages , pies and sauces . Sufficient
content of water and fat in ground stock is indispensable for good
grinding . To reach the best efficiency the stock should contain at
least 40 % water or 20% of fat .
